I pointed that out as well as the fact that I wasn't aware the thing had a warranty at all and I was just happy they were going to replace it out of a commitment to good service.

I am so disappointed, I have had 2 other bluetooth headsets in the past both from Motorolla and both work fine with my phone. I saw how highy rated Jawbone was on all the tech sites and decided I had to have one.
